I wanted to have the option of being able to workout while watching my favorite show on TV and have a low impact, total body workout. The rowing machine gives me all of that. Will it help burn fat? Particularly belly fat? It would only make sense that fat loss would come from your body as a whole if you are engaging your entire body. So I went “shopping”. I made a list of the machines that I was interested in. I had certain features that I wanted. It had to be compact but powerful enough to give me a challenge. I didn’t need a commercial grade rowing machine. Time to research each one. I read reviews and checked out YouTube videos to see what others have said about each one. I recommend doing your homework. It will truly pay off in the end.

Final thoughts

I have loved this Christmas gift! Not only was it easy on the budget, but it fits my lifestyle. And, I have found that I am not the only one that likes it. I have seen my kids get it and workout on it as well. I have been able to increase the time that I use it and see my body toning up even more. I can see myself using this 10… even 20 years down the road. Another piece of equipment that we all love to use is an elliptical machine. This is easy on the joints as well.

Recumbent bikes provide full back support during a low or high impact workout. How? The reclining position takes the pressure off of your lower back.
