About Me

Hi! Let me introduce myself. I am Gregory Staples. I grew up in the small town of Atmore, Alabama. I knew from an early age that I wanted more for my life. I started working out when I was young and began a healthy lifestyle in my teen-aged years. After I graduated High School, I attended Auburn University and achieved one of my dreams of playing football on a collegiate level. That is when I fine-tuned my healthy lifestyle as well as improved my workout regimen.  After college, I was able to go on to play football on a professional level as a free agent for the Miami Dolphins. This is where I expanded my knowledge that very few get the opportunity to experience. These would be things I carried into my adult life. 

This “education” has allowed me ,for years, to serve as a useful source for those seeking inspiration, help, or advice on what I do to keep in shape and healthy and looking so young. I have finally decided to own that role and be intentional about it. I have started writing about my passions, my thoughts, and what I do as a part of my daily routine. I founded Men and Living Healthy with a mission to give others a taste of what goes on in my mind in order to live a healthy lifestyle… Not only for men but women as well!
