Maintaining Muscle Mass 

Age-associated muscle degeneration becomes more common in people over the age of 50. As we grow older, the body becomes resistant to the normal growth signals which can contribute to loss of muscle mass. When you lose muscle mass, it is more difficult to do things that you were able to do when you were younger… that can get into your head and cause you to feel defeated.
