Thicker Back – Straight Bar Row

On With the Workout – Straight Bar Row

I have told you about some of the exercises I do when I workout so now I will give you a demo of one of the movements I do. This is called a straight bar row.  This is designed to work your back but it also has other benefits as well. This exercise works several of your muscles and core. This includes your lats and traps. They also work your shoulders and the pulling muscles in your armsbiceps. Your abdominals, hamstrings and glutes must also fire to help stabilize your body in the bent-over position as you lift. As you will see in this demo, I use a weight belt and wrist wraps. It is very important to use the proper equipment and form.
