I have been working out for many years. This is one of my favorite shoulder moves to do. It keeps my shoulders in tip-top shape. I have added my own special flare to this exercise by holding the bar for about 5 seconds at the end of my set to really burn that muscle. In this video, I will demonstrate the proper way to perform this exercise.

I will also give you some bits of information and safety tips so you do not get hurt. To me, this exercise ranks right up there with squats because it is so intense, but trust me, you will be happy with the results if you stick with it.
